Price Match Guarantee
Our price match policy applies to any lower price on an identical item that is in-stock and available for delivery or collection on the same day from a competitor’s online or physical store in Australia. It applies where our competitor’s price (including GST and delivery charges) is lower than our price.
To enquire about price matching, simply come in-store or give us a call on 02 9540 2122 with the details. It can either be a clipping from a catalogue, a screenshot on your phone, or a website link. Price matching is dependent on the conditions outlined below.
What is included?
Our guarantee applies to all identical products that are:
- Currently available in stock at JP Blinds.
- In stock and immediately available from the competitor.
- Not part of the exclusion list below.
What is excluded?
- Cashback or coupon offers that require a promotional code to be entered.
- Trade and quantity pricing – if you are a retail customer with 02 9540 2122 and find a cheaper price offered for a commercial quantity or at a trade price discount with the competitor, we cannot offer price matching.
- Stock liquidations, store specific sales – including clearance sales.
Other terms
- We reserve the right to limit the price matched quantity available for sale.
- When price matching online items, we will take into account any delivery or other applicable charges (e.g. surcharges).
